Thank you for spending the time to help us make ImThere better! We take every ticket very seriously, and we'll do our best to fix or implement it as soon as possible. To expedite that process, please follow these simple procedures when filing a ticket:

1. Click the magnifying box at the top of the grey area and search for the ticket you're about to open. This will help ensure duplicate tickets aren't created, and will save you time

2. View the Example Ticket or browse others for real-world examples

3. Click the green "Add new ticket" tab at the top

4. Complete the fields as follows:

  • Title: Clearly describe the problem you are reporting or the idea you are suggesting
  • Description: Provide any details that will help us understand what you're reporting. For problems, that may include steps to reproduce and other factors that may have contributed to the problem occurring. For suggestions, that may include a full description of the suggestion and links to examples
  • Upload Attachment: Upload screenshots, illustrations, mockups, or anything else that will help us better understand the ticket
  • Who's Responsible: Unless you know who exactly should be handling your ticket, you should leave this unset
  • Milestone: Select the milestone that best describes the problem you're filing
  • Tags: Enter keywords that clearly state the part of the site your ticket affects. Multi-word tags can be entered by surrounding the words with quotes

5. Click "Create Ticket"

6. Monitor the ticket. You will be emailed whenever we comment on the ticket for clarification or to provide updates, resolve it, or change anything else about it.
